User-defined databases are used to customize the software to fit each customer’s unique set of payroll procedures, GL costing rules and contract obligations.  Employee information and payroll history is stored indefinitely allowing easy access to years of historical information.  The payroll software conforms to all Canadian Federal, Provincial and US State taxation and pension regulations.

Features that have been designed to maximize the efficiency of processing a payroll:

• Pay Estimate can project “what if” scenarios to the employee’s earnings or deductions.  This feature does not change the live data.
• Automated timesheet data entry can be generated from absences/dispatches in HR or uploaded from a spreadsheet.
• Payroll Processing reports show comparative earnings or deduction differences per employee between pay periods to assist in balancing the payroll.
