Work Board

The Work Board is an add-on module for your existing Automated Dispatch or Automated Dispatch Lite products.  It allows substitutes the ability to accept jobs over the web providing them with the flexibility to see what jobs are available for which they are qualified to work.  It also reduces the volume of phone calls required to find replacement employees which will assist the central dispatch clerk/school secretary with their workload.

• Employees on Call (substitutes) can browse and accept available openings, via the web, that they are uniquely qualified for (jobs matched to their skills and site preferences)
• 24 hour access to search for jobs and review previously accepted assignments
• Allows flexibility to choose an opening rather than accept one without knowing what else might have been available.
• Allows users to view details of an opening such as dates, subjects, location
• Ability to view and print an online map showing the location and / or driving directions.
• Administrators may enter openings for available staff or select from a list of TOC’s or Casual employees.
• For a district already using Automated Dispatch, very little setup is required. The existing Substitute / Casual dispatch parameter profile, Search Order Definition profile and Search Parameter profile are used.
• Proactive placement on-line keeps last minute job offers to a minimum.
• Work Board can be configured to use the same search order criteria as ADS, or can have its own criteria set. The criteria can also be pre-set to widen the search parameters as the date and time of the opening approaches.
