The changes to Storage Bank process to add two new adjustment types, PI – Port In and PO – Port Out are now completed and available on your systems. These new Storage Bank adjustment types can be used through 2,9,2 Storage Bank Adjustments to record Teachers porting of sick leave into and out of your district. We suggest you record the district number of where the sick leave came from or where it is going to under the adjustment reason field for reference. The Storage Bank Adjustment Interface Process (See Appendix C) was also adjusted to allow you to import mass PI and PO entries into the storage banks.

The Storage bank report, 2,9,8 Storage Bank Transaction Type Report has been modified to allow you to selectively report just the porting entries for a range of pay periods.

The 2,9,3 Storage Bank Inquiry history display has been adjusted to display the adjustment reason following each adjustment. The display of the reason field can be toggle on and off by pressing R. This display also applies to the storage bank history inquiry viewed through 1,1,4 Employee Inquiry, ‘B’anks history.
