The changes for the 2007 W2 have now been completed and installed for our US Payroll Customers. This includes the file format verification done with the 2007 Accuwage process. The electronic file referred to as MMREF is now being called EFW2 and so TSC has changed all references of MMREF to EFW2 within the OPS system. This includes the output name of the electronic file. They changed the W2 form slightly for this year to switch the print positions of the SSN and the control number. This was done to prevent the employees' SSN from being displayed in the mail box window. This change was also included in this update.

As well we have completed the addition of the option to Email W2s to employees as is currently done with earning statements. These changes have also been installed on your system.
