We would like to bring to your attention the following link from Service Canada http://www1.servicecanada.gc.ca/en/ei/publications/ROE_school_boards.shtml for important ROE updates pertaining specifically to School District Offices for completing ROEs for all employees, including teachers. I would like to draw you attention to the last update in this document: Block 18 – Comments. This block should only be used in exceptional circumstances; to date, TSC has used this space for including the ‘Averaging Formula.’ As of May 25, we have amended and posted an update to your site so that the Averaging Formula is no longer printed in Block 18.

You may be aware that Service Canada has made changes to the Web ROE Form; please note that these changes do NOT affect the Bulk Transfer application (See Important Notice Below from Service Canada’s Website).
