TSC Software Services Inc. is pleased to announce that it has agreed to be acquired by SRB Education Solutions Inc. of Markham, Ontario, with immediate effect.

SRB Education Solutions has served the K-12 education community in Canada for over 25 years, and is the leader in supplying Student and Financial information Systems in Ontario. TSC’s relationship with SRB extends back over 15 years, to an original agreement for TSC to take on the support and further development of the products offered at that time by SRB in Western Canada. SRB is now a subsidiary of Star Municipal Technologies Inc of Kelowna BC.
