We are closing our office this year so that all of our TSC staff can attend this year's User Group Conference.  Here are some of the activities we will be involved in:

Susan Vernon will present -  “What’s New in OPS” &  “Benefit Arrears Invoicing”. Susan rarely attends Users Group conferences so you don’t want to miss this! 

Dylan Richardson will present “Managing Leave Benefit Cost Efficiently”.

Linda Baisley will present “What’s New in PRM".  Dylan, Dianne & Linda will together do a session on “Following the journey of a Sub dispatch”.

Dianne Barker will teach you how to “Master the Timesheet Interface Process”.

Shawn Iversen will set up a demo of the Report Writers and Dashboards and talk about our new Web Scheduling product that will be available in 2007.

Randy Nelson will demo our new product “Workboard” which is where subs/casuals can select absence jobs from the board instead of being called by the telephone.  Take advantage of this opportunity to meet Shawn & Randy in person!

Steve Calnek will do 3 in-depth training sessions on Open VMS including Introduction to System Management and Managing the System.

Roxanne Burton will present “What’s New in BAS” and also demonstrate the new web Accounts Receivable Report Writer.

Les Heller will show TSC’s new purchasing statistical reports.  This is your chance to meet the man who keeps our Finance products humming along.

Trish Holly has just completed two eSchoolMall installations so you can talk to her about the process and see the product.  You can also ask her questions about your upcoming installations or Portal 4.

Lindsay Walker will present our school-based accounting solution.

Lindsay Walker &  Louise Kadlecik will have a Microsoft Dynamics GP demo set up so you can see/play with the product and get answers to your questions

Louise Kadlecik & Kathy Way will talk about Business Continuity Planning.  They will demonstrate the TSC Knowledge Centre,  custom pages and how tscONE can make that information immediately available to you.

Kathy Way will have a station setup where you can register for the Knowledge Centre, learn how to submit support requests and find the documents you need inside the Knowledge Centre.

Karen Turner will be available to talk to you about your Account Management.

Cathy Welch, our new Services Manager is looking forward to meeting all of you and putting faces to names.
