The Mercer extract has been added to your custom menu in OPS (4,1,11). Please see below links to instructions on how to use our extract along with instructions from Mercer on how you are to populate the spreadsheet.

Also below is a link to a default spreadsheet, but please connect with Clement Wu at Mercer (604 609 3734) to ensure you are using the correct one for your district. You may need to run the extracts several times to extract the different employee groups. Our extract is in a comma delimited format. When you open that file from inside Excel, the Excel wizard will guide you through the import process.
