The Report Writers are all completed – and are AMAZING.

If you haven’t had a chance to see the new graphical report writers that were developed by Shawn Iversen, you are missing out on TSC history.  There are three web based report writers available: Payroll, Finance and Human Resources.  The user is able to select fields from folders pre-defined in the software and can display, select or sort on the fields.  The days of requiring extensive training and understanding file definitions are over as any user can now write reports.

• Report output in PDF, CSV or HTML.  CSV exporting opens excel immediately with no file transfers required.

• Display columns and header/footer titles can be renamed and resized.
• Selection of data allows for include or exclude lists
• Font size, cell spacing, background colour and paper orientation/size are definable
• Ability to compress reports to view sub-totals only (i.e. one record per employee).
• Sorting of all fields in ascending or descending order
